Newton Trailers – Ridgmont

CMI were commissioned to work with the employer’s representative and new design team to take the project forward from initial planning approval.

From the first meeting it was evident that the client’s aspirations had changed somewhat and so required a few design changes as the requirements of the building had changed, to this ends we made the redesigns and re submitted planning.

We then undertook the tender drawings and aided with the tender process, and then novated to the contractor.

We were involved in the construction process and detailing of all work including the pits and floor jig, overhead cranes and lifting jacks.

Extensive external works and late addition of a wash station.
