Located in Hadley Wood is a Multi award winning prestigious development of nine residential apartments finished to exacting standards. This included a large two-tier underground car park, storage area for the apartments, gym, swimming pools, hotel style concierge building including the late addition of a roof terrace for the penthouse apartment.

After the success of Renaissance & Windmill Place, CMI were asked to provide a feasibility study for the demolition of a substantial property and the creation of an apartment to take to pre-application advice with the local council. Following a successful Pre-app CMI were appointed to gain planning permission.

Once planning permission was achieved we were then asked to complete the technical design and delivery stages of the project.  The first thing we did was to have a Constructability review given the challenges facing the project.

CMI worked closely with the client & their interior designer to bring in new details and features ensuring that the finished project exceeds expectations.

Construction challenges were numerous but included a two-stage basement car park, a large planted podium deck with individual swimming pools to apartments 1 and 3.
