“Everyone who visits the space is blown away. It has brought a point of difference to the space, stadium and area”
Paul Burridge, Fabulous Fanfare.
“Our present Church hall is over 119 years old and is coming to the end of it’s life. It is however still in almost daily use and is a vital village asset.
In consultation with residents and user groups, Astra Community Projects (a village committee) developed a specification for a complete rebuild. After meetings and consultations with several architectural practices we felt that CMI were the most receptive to the concepts and requirements of the new build. They produced a plan which exactly met the specification as well as being innovative and also retained the heritage feel of the original building.
They also understood that fundraising for these projects can be slow and erratic and agreed a schedule of stage payments as the project progressed.
At all times we felt CMI were part of the team and displayed complete enthusiasm for this relatively small project. We have total confidence in the CMI team.”

“Expansion in 2011: the company moved to a bespoke new site near Milton Keynes with brand new 10 bay workshop and offices and 5 acres of hard standing. Best of all it is just 277 meters from Junction 13 of the M1.”
“We are absolutely delighted to have won. These highly prestigious awards recognise high quality developments that have been built to go above and beyond what is expected. We have worked hard to build a reputation of delivering homes of the highest quality and finest design and this is for all to see at The Residence. This is our most prestigious development to date and we are extremely proud of the homes we have created here.”
