Project Description
Our mission was to craft an immersive experience store showcasing Siemens domestic appliances across two thoughtfully designed floors connected by a striking feature staircase. To enhance the interior, we seamlessly incorporated exposed raw concrete ceilings and walls, imparting a lofty ambiance to the space. The challenge lay in transforming a shell-and-core structure into a fully realised vision, necessitating CMI to execute both CAT A and B interiors. Operating within spatial constraints, both in height and width, our team skilfully navigated the limitations of the existing floors, resulting in a dynamic and engaging retail space.
About the Project
Appliances take center stage within the store, presented in sleek, monolithic joinery with exquisite detailing. The elegance is further accentuated by Corian worktops, LED edge lighting, integrated charging points, sinks, hot water to cup taps, and interactive touch screens—an artful showcase of modern products in the market. The feature staircase is a design marvel, integrating bleacher seating on the lower ground floor, and seamlessly transitioning to a high-level dining table. Crafted with smoked black glass and timber, this statement staircase exudes sophistication. The clever use of backlit branding panels, directional feature lighting, integrated AV, and a dedicated VR experience lounge contribute to an immersive and memorable visit. The materials palette, featuring black, grey, and white, incorporates textures from Corian, concrete panelling, textiles, and timber, creating a space with a masculine edge yet delicate detailing throughout the interior.
