About the Project
In partnership with Griggs Homes, we collaborated on developing detailed drawing packages for each residence across RIBA stages 4-6. This involved refining design concepts, ensuring technical precision in drawings for construction, and preparing comprehensive tender documentation. Our commitment extended into the construction phase, ensuring the realisation of the original architectural vision. This collaborative effort seamlessly integrated creative vision, technical expertise, and effective project management, resulting in architecturally distinctive and finely crafted homes.
